Extremely thorough in cleaning a couch, recliner both heavily soiled from pets and my bedroom carpet which is once again clean especially those pesky high traffic areas. Courteous and wasted no time in getting the job done. Also reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again. They even hand wrote and mailed me a thank you note for using them. Wow! The 5 stars just about says it all. It there was a sixth star, I'd click on that too. We needed our carpet cleaned. Jamie had told us he'd be here at 9am. He drove up at 8:58. Wow, I wish all the vendors I've used would be that prompt. He looked things over and got right to work. He covered every square inch of our carpet and some places we didn't know existed. We were so happy with the work he was doing, we asked if he also cleaned tile. No problem for him. He checked his schedule and did it right away. Now THAT's service. Price? Extremely affordable. We'd use this company at any time. Thanks Jamie.

Jamie showed up on time and did an excellant job. We will be calling him again next year to have our carpet cleaned again. Our carpet has not looked this good since we bought it. Very satisfied!!!

we recently had our area rug cleaned by Sunshine Carpet Cleaning and the results were excellent. We were concerned about having it done but Karen assured us it would come out fine. We also had a problem with the rug staying flat because it was on top of another rug. Karen said a special pad they carry would solve that problem. Since this was the third or fourth time we have used Sunshine we trusted them and decided to buy one. We couldn't be happier. The rug is amazingly clean and it is still flat after more than one month. Best customer service and results we have encountered in Florida since moving here. We were very please with all aspects of your service. Technician arrived on time. Immediately set up and began cleaning. He picked up every thing he brought and left our carpet and sofa perfectly clean. Would definitely call on your service again.

The service and the work were excellent and the staff was professional and accommodating. Upon scheduling the appointment, I received a detailed estimate via email. The week before the scheduled service, I received a courtesy call reminding me of the appointment, and after the job was completed, I received an invoice via email.I am very happy with the work that was done, my carpet was stretched, cleaned and the areas that had some discoloration were replaced with little patches cut out from the closet area. I would highly recommend Sunshine Carpet Cleaning in Melbourne, Florida.

Great job however, My advise on making an appoinment over the phone is to make sure you let them know exactly what you need done. I assumed telling them our house is a 3bd, then they would clean all the areas in the house with carpet, so I ended up having to pay more for the living room and hallway on the day of cleaning. I feel they were not specific when setting up the appointment. Other than that miscommunication they did a great job!

I needed some carpets stretched quickly, as we were putting our house up for sale, and they were able to juggle things around to accommodate me. They were very professional, very communicative, and did a great job. They even vacuumed the rooms they worked in. I will definitely use them in the future for cleaning, repairs or stain removal!

I just had my carpets cleaned by Winter from Sunshine Carpet Cleaners and I am very pleased. The carpets look great, the prices were reasonable as advertised, the young man was courteous and efficient and the house smells fresh and clean. A 5-star rating is well-deserved!!

I thought the folks I interacted with at Sunshine carpet cleaning were a good combo of friendly and professional. My technician Cullen was on time, worked quickly and took the time to check at various points regarding my needs and the process. I am also pleased with the finished product!

Sunshine carpet cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my mothers recliner. Something leaked on the recliner and it is the only place my 89 year old mother can sit. Knowing how important it was they fit us into their busy schedule and my mom was able to use the recliner that night! The recliner looks like new! I highly recommend them! Excellent service and good price.

Karen was so attentive to my needs and so flexible. I left a message over the weekend that I needed to change the number of rooms that needed cleaning. By the next day which was Sunday, I had a new invoice in my email.Sunshine Carpet was efficient, on time and I'm very pleased with the service.I would not hesitate to use them again.Prices were fair, also. Great company, great teamwork!

This company is amazing! The tile and the area rugs look brand new! Cullen did such a great job. Respectful and courteous. He was on time and even moved the furniture for me. He stayed until the job was done, never took a break. I will definately use Sunshine Carpet Cleaning again.

Mr. Winter Anderson came to our home and was so professional and courteous! The carpet looks brand new and there’s no odor!!!! I have a chihuahua and cheap carpeting... enough said. Sunshine Carpet Cleaning made my carpet look great! I still need to replace it, but thanks to them, I can continue to vacillate on what I want to do for awhile longer! I might add they are professional from the front office to the guy that did the work. I loved their use of text confirmations and notifications of when they were actually headed to my home so, if I needed to, I could leave from work to let them in! Great experience... Reasonable price... I'm planning on having them back once or twice a year!

I chose Sunshine Carpet Cleaning strictly based on the reviews. I was NOT disappointed. They were early, thorough, and completely professional in every aspect. The technician, turns out, is a friend of mine who I didn’t know worked for them. So to say it was a friendly experience would be an understatement. He knew we have a toddler and took extra care to make sure that everything was done to my complete satisfaction. I didn’t book them because I knew them, or because I had an experience with them, I booked them strictly on their 5 star reviews online. I was not disappointed. Their reputation is earned. Thanks to Sunshine and to Cullen for a job well done.UPDATE: Since I originally posted this last July, Cullen has been back every quarter to clean our carpets. Every time he gets here I have set in my mind “we are going to replace these carpets. There’s no way he’s going to be able to get these clean”. We have a 2 year old and a puppy. Every time, when he’s done, the carpets look like new. They were existing carpets when we purchased the house and they are beige and about 10 years old. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Called Sunshine to schedule a carpet cleaning job and got an appointment for the following day. Communication was excellent, they sent confirmation of the appointment with a picture of the person that would be doing the job. The next day they sent a text notifying me that they were in route. Cullen and his trainee did an excellent job, very pleasant and made sure to tell us if we noticed anything after it dried to call them and they would return. Carpet looks and smells great. We will be using them from now on.

Sunshine Carpet Cleaning was highly recommended by our neighbor who just recently had their tile cleaned.We called to have our tile/carpeted areas addressed and was set up with an appointment. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I really liked being kept in touch via text messages all throughout the process. Today, our tech (Winter) arrived and started right away. He was very personable and kept me informed of the whole process. Dudes a hard working employee!We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Sunshine Carpet Cleaning to do your home.

We received very quick and affordable service. The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was very friendly and did a great job. He communicated through the steps he was taking to clean up certain "problem" areas. They added on extra services for us last minute at our request which was much appreciated. They even left us with a bottle of spot treatment for future spills. Extremely pleased with the service from start to finish!

Colin was a pleasant young man who told us our exact square footage for the cleaning project prior to the tile/grout cleaning so we knew the exact cost, which seemed reasonable to me. He proceeded with his work in a timely manner and when the job was done it looked 100% better. I would recommend this company.

I had 2 club chairs that needed cleaning. Corey came early and really did a terrific job! He was concerned they were not clean enough but when they dried they looked great! I would definitely use them again and recommend .

Happy I could my carpets cleaned on such short notice however the bedroom carpet had makeup stains and doesn't look like it was touched. Thankfully Rico left spot cleaner and I was able to get it cleaned. But I would think it would have come up on the regular clean.

This company is so well run and professional. From the moment I contacted Sunshine to set up an appointment, I immediately had a text confirming the time, date and technician who would be doing the work. I received an email as well. The day before the appointment, I received a reminder and the morning of the cleaning, I received a text advising the technician was en-route. Corey was the technician and he got right to work doing pre cleaning. He made notice of the carpet buckling so I could get that fixed. He took great care in cleaning a 9x13 inexpensive area rug to ensure railroad tracks don’t appear once cleaning has been completed. He let me know other services Sunshine provides and I’m a believer in helping small businesses especially when good work, communication and professionalism abounds. Sunshine will have my carpet cleaning business, but they will seal all my grout when that times comes. There’s more to this small business than meets the eye. Give them a chance to show you. Ask for Corey! I’m done with the national chain carpet cleaner.

Excellent, very responsive service at a very reasonable price! We had them cut a room sized rug into three smaller ones and bind them for use in our new home, and the results were amazing! Pick up and delivery are part of the deal too. Karen and Corey are super responsive and great to work with. We’ll definitely use Sunshine again!

Sunshine Carpet Cleaners cleaned a 12 floor condo for me and did a fabulous job! These carpets had not been cleaned in a couple years, some were heavily stained and all were discolored with dirt. The carpet on each floor came out beautifully, they were so clean they brightened the halls! The stains came out and we are thrilled! The technician, Cullen, was both professional and courteous! His work ethic and professional attitude was more than appreciated and I would recommend Sunshine Carpet Cleaning over and over along with Cullen! We will be using them again!

Sunshine Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job! It was my first time using this company. When he arrived, it was a very professional experience. He asked questions to make sure we were getting everything we wanted. He did his job quick and efficiently. The carpet was spotless and the urine smell from my puppy was completely gone.
