C&C just cleaned three rugs for us and returned them in better shape than they have been in years! Between pets and normal wear and tear, we should have cleaned these rugs ages ago. Despite their condition, C&C did a super job on them. When the rugs were returned, we had Craig clean 5 chairs for us. He was super fast and thorough. The chairs look great. C&C was referred to us by friends, and we are glad to confirm that Craig and Crissy do a tremendous job!!

I just had my whole house carpet, tile, couch, and recliner cleaned by Craig and I am SO happy with the results! I called several other cleaning companies for their pricing and cleaning style. C&C uses a truck mounted steam cleaning system, they had THE BEST price (that includes tax and does NOT change after they finish), and he and his wife, Crissy, are very friendly and communicate well! I always try to hire locally and finding gems like C&C is why! I highly recommend them!!

Craig and Chrissy were awesome! I had everything scheduled quickly. The carpets were done quickly and smelt great. No harsh chemical smell. They were very friendly and knocked out two floors in 20minutes. They have great specials and travel anywhere in Jacksonville. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I will use them again in the future!Thank you so much!

Extremely pleased! Craig is a hardworking, knowledgeable company man. While being thorough with each section of our carpet, he managed his time well and still took the time to stop and answer every question my husband or I had thrown at him. Our carpets look and feel amazing! Love the price! We will be scheduling with them again. My husband and I find nowadays it is tough to find truthful, hardworking, "not out to get you" people here in FL and Craig is one of them! Highly recommend.

We were gifted furniture from my mom's condo. Although it looked great, there was a musty odor in rhe furniture and it was stained. What a difference!! It all looks brand new and all odors are gone. The carpets look great too and they recommended washing outdoor pillows versus them cleaning them which saved us money and worked ! I would highly recommend C&C!!

My friend purchased a gift certificate for us through C&C, I was quite skeptical because the previous company we had to our carpets, gave us a set price then the price went up dramatically as they started cleaning. Happy to say this is NOT the case with C&C, the prices are unbeatable. Chrissy was prompt to schedule us an appointment and answer any questions I had. Her husband, Craig did our cleaning and I’m yet to find a spot he missed. Super awesome job! I am happy to say we have found our go to here in Jax, we won’t be getting services anywhere else! Craig arrived on time. He professionally stretched out a ripple in my carpet. He trimmed the excess carpet in the needed areas and glued down a carpet area which had come up from the tack strip. When I need carpet work, I will use C&C Carpet Care again.

C&C saves the day again! We had an air conditioning unit break a fitting at 3am, and flood a space. I called at 7:30am, and they were here by 8:30!! Near instant response, and Craig was able to extract the water, and prevent any damage. Absolutely the only carpet cleaner I will ever use.Thanks so much for saving us!

Craig came to my house this morning to clean my 2 couches, 8x10 area rug in the living room and my bedroom. He ended up doing my spare room also. He showed up right on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have 2 dogs so i told him i was really focused on the areas where the dogs lay the most. He told me he would take care of it and he did! He did an AWESOME job and the dog smell is gone and the house smells great. He quoted me $300 over the phone to deep clean everything which included EVERYTHING that any other company would charge extra for. The price he gives you is definitely the price you pay before he leaves. He was done with everything in a little over an hour. I will be using him in the future for sure!!

Craig is extremely professional, efficient, and timely. He called when he was about 20 minutes out and arrived right when he said he should. The carpet cleaning was very thorough and I was extremely satisfied with the results. The quoted price was the quoted price and there were no catches or hidden fees. And at $100 minimum for 2 rooms, he beat pricing on ALL the other competitors I called for quotes. The conversation was also great! Craig is a very personable guy. 10/10 would recommend!

C&C's work is awesome! Crissy takes great care of you before the work is done. Then Craig does the work on time and very competitively priced with quality products. After the work is done, Craig is available to assist if you run into a problem as I did when a bottle of wine exploded while I was on vacation. I highly recommend C&C.

Extremely reliable and professional service from the first call through the execution. Craig just left and the carpet looks amazing. I have a 85 pound Chocolate Lab and he’s “ruff” on the carpet. However, after Craig’s detailed work, you wouldn’t even know I had a dog! 🐶 Thank you C&C.

I used C&C carpet care for the first time and I am very happy with them. He was right on time, very friendly, explain everything and reasonable price. He also cleaned two chairs and they look like new. He cleaned some mess he made during the cleaning and that is a big thumb up for me. ( I have seen the companies that didn't care). I would definitely recommend to our family and friends. I am going to call for tile cleaning next!

After seeing many great reviews for C&C Carpet Care, I decided to give them a call to discuss getting our carpet stretched, and I am really glad I did! I am extremely happy with my experience with this company, from start to finish. Craig was very responsive to my needs, gave me a quote over the phone, and worked me into his schedule on the exact day I requested. He made sure to call me when he was on his way and showed up when he said he would. He explained the entire process with us, and took great care of us! Was the most amazing service. They quoted me a price over the phone just based on sq.ft and he stuck to it. Did my entire apartment & made it look like brand new carpet. He did an absolutely incredible job. He even went above & beyond when he didn't have to And didn't charge me any extra. I will recommend to anyone and everyone. Will definitely use again for my rugs next time.

I had my RV carpet cleaned and am pleased with the results.They called ahead and arrived on time. My unit had only about 50 sq ft of carpet so I paid the $100 min. But they did all my fabric seats as well.Excellent!!!

Travis was able to come earlier in the day than scheduled and did an excellent job. The carpet was heavily soiled and had pet stains. He spent a lot of time working on the stains and the carpet came out looking great! The price was a bargain. I highly recommend C&C carpet cleaning!

The Owner, Travis came out and personally cleaned our carpets and our couch and did a FANTASTIC job! I have never had paid to have this done before so I was a little nervous and hesitant, but him and his wife Amber made the process very easy and they did quality work. I'm always a fan of supporting a locally owned business and I cant recommend them enough!

This is a family owned company that really cares about the satisfaction of their customers. Travis was on time, worked very efficiently, my carpets look like new. I wish I had discovered C&C Carpets years ago. I would definitely recc. them and will pass their name on to family and friends and use them again.

I called today and spoke with Mrs.Chrissey ( owner), I do not recall if I've ever spoken with another person from a company whom I needed service provided by THAT WAS SO KIND, CARING, GENUINE, UNDERSTANDING AND SUCH LOW PRICES FOR THEIR AMAZING SERVICES!!!! I will update on Saturday when Mr Craig comes to stretch my carpet and clean it!!!!
