I bring my shirts here every week. I also bring my shoes in when I need a high quality cobbler. Great customer service, awesome people too! I highly recommend Swift Dry Cleaners.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!I went in last week to have some alterations done and I was given tickets for all my items which had prices on them. I even asked if they would like for me to pay now rather then later they said no worries pay when you pick it up (huge mistake) my tickets went from being 20 per item up to 40 each. When I asked the lady why she said her alteration lady ended up charging more (sounds like a personal problem) if you give me a ticket that says 20 and then ask me to pay 40 I should not have to pay your difference. In total they wanted 60 extra dollars from me which I refused to pay. I never write reviews unless I absolutely feel the need to. It was the embarrassment I felt when the lady made a scene in the shop that infuriated me. I had a calm tone and demeanor the entire time and she instantly when on the defense raising her tone with me and slammed my card down on the counter rather then handing it to me. Another patron was in the shop with me and was shocked by her behavior. This is not how you treat customers. I will not be returning. Great work but lousy customer service skills is always a no go for me.

I dropped off a white dress that had been really badly stained....the stains had sat in the dress for over a year because I forgot about it completely. When I pulled the dress back out I thought it was a lost cause, but decided to bring it to be dry cleaned just in case. The dress was returned to me in perfect condition with not one stain, it looked brand new!!! The staff was also super sweet... I’ll definitely be returning!! 🙂

I took two pairs of leather dress shoes that were in bad shape. Nick the cobbler is there on Friday. He got them looking great for a very fair price. They texted me as soon as they were done. My feet are looking great!!!!! If you need any work on shoes be sure to take your shoes here!!!!

When I moved to Delray Beach, I Googled 'Best Dry Cleaners Delray Beach" and Swift Cleaners came up. I am so glad they did! I have been very pleased with the service and find the staff very friendly and attentive.

Where can I even begin. The cobbler put the heal tap on my shoe the wrong way (completely incompetent but the least of my worries), i asked them to fix it and they hesitantly agreed. i come back for my $1100 saint laurent wyatts to discover that the shop owner had spitefully smeared glue all over the shaft of the boots then used a knife to try to remove said glue and caused internal damage as well. she laughed about it and refused to fix it. i then briefly left the store and when i returned i came back to her down talking me to other customers and making fun of my reaction with them. when i got angry she locked me out of her store and called the police department (rightfully so, i was very angry). needless to say this is going to small claims court for the full value of the boots and my $295 filing fee.

Completely destroyed a peers new shoes in a very reckless manner, then proceeded to mock him when he became upset. This place is hardly qualified to repair Walmart grade shoes. Don't dare bring anything of value through these doors because they will not know how to treat it. Source a reputable cobbler, you will be very upset if you leave your items unattended here.

If your looking for a solid dry cleaners this is your place.! Friendly staff, good rates, always on time. Don’t waste your time like i did bouncing around mediocre cleaners that shrug off their sub-par service. Highly recommend Swift.

Owner "Slone" or whatever her name is is extremely rude, unknowledgeable, and condescending. Has a vast history of damaging customer's expensive property and taking absolutely no responsibility. Stay clear of this place, it's a mess.

This is the best dry cleaners that I have ever found! Sloane, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order, and they consistently do an excellent job! The work that they do, their professionalism and friendliness is rare these days as customer service, particularly in the South Florida area, is sadly lacking. Julie is a gem of an employee and takes pride in what she does. I cannot say enough good things about this business. Try them, and I assure you that you won't go anywhere else again.

The zipper on my 5-11 tactical jacket broke after a few years hard use. I contacted Swift Dry Cleaners and Shoe Repair in Delray Beach and they were able to put a new, heavy-duty one in. I can’t be more pleased with the service. I felt more like a visiting friend than a customer. The lady at the front desk is a wonder. The price was reasonable and the workmanship, excellent.

Truly exceptional! I had a custom suit that had been stained, and my neighborhood cleaners would not touch it. I was referred to Swift by a good friend. They were cautiously optimistic, and accepted the challenge. To my surprise, my suit looks brand new! Exceptional job with friendly staff that earned a lifelong customer.
