Had my entire house done plus 13 stairs. My high traffic carpet looked brand new when she was done. Excellent job!! My carpet was not left soaking wet like a previous company had done. Highly recommend gulf coast.

Gulf Coast is by far the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. The cleaned my carpets last week and it is a pleasure to look at them again. They are fresh, clean and no odor!! Very, very happy with Gulf Coast. I will always call them.

We use Gulf Coast Carpet cleaning for all of our units. They do a great job and they show up when they say they are gong to show up. Since we are a hotel, sometimes we need a unit cleaned on very short notice and they always do their best to work us in if possible. We have tried others but always some back to Gulf Coast! Their quality is excellent.

Gulf Coast cleaned our carpets this week. There were a few spots (high traffic) that did not look great after it dried. Alex came back today and redid ALL the carpet at no charge. It looks fantastic now! Thank you for warranting your work and not stopping until the customer is completely satisfied! I even received a call back a few hours later to see if we were satisfied. Excellent customer service at Gulf Coast. Highly recommend.

Just had our condo done in Treasure Island. Very polite when I booked the appointment, showed up on time and carpet looks 100% better. Thank you for the great job. I highly recommend and will be using you again in the future.

This place does not guarantee its work. Gave them a carpet with no stains and wanted it clean. I was moving. Came back with 25 or more little stains. Spoke to a girl and she kept on saying we don't guarantee our work. I got the 2 yellow stains out with vinegar to see. Now I have to fight to get my money back. Hopes this help.

quoted price and gave credit card number to pay for the job when i received my credit card statement the price went up by 20%.i called the company but to no avail they suggested i was mistaken with their quote despite my wife and hearing the same number

In response to Mm I am the manager of Gulf Coast and We do guarantee our work. We do not guarantee urine removal or stains from urine. Per our conversation on the phone we guarantee our cleaning. A stain is a stain just like a shirt you spill something on some can be cleaned some cannot. We do guarantee cleanliness. I am sorry we had to end the conversation but cursing at my employees is not acceptable

I requested a spot clean at my rental property in Venice but only had one day between guests. The carpet cleaner arrived on time, did an excellent job on a tough stain and the cost was less than $100.00. I have used Gulf Coast twice before for whole house cleans and I have always been very satisfied with their work.
