I had an excellent experience with Duraclean. Keith was extremely friendly and definitely went the extra mile on my carpets. He was able to get the pet smell out. My rooms have never looked better. I will happily use them again.

We were thrilled with the work that the Duraclean Master Cleaners technician, Chea Rous, did on our carpets. He was prompt and did a fabulous job! The price was very fair and the work was excellent! I highly recommend this company. I know we will be calling them again!

I noticed Chea (deaf but communicates well, the understands the issues)took time at each area to determine the best prep and cleaning. The carpet at the bottom of the stairs was pretty matted down, he used a floor buffing machine and a special pad to renew the fibers only then did he clean them. I am very pleased with the look, feel and absence of old pet odors. Thank You

My rugs are so clean! Thank you Duraclean! Jaay and Chea were fantastic. They not only did a great job with the cleaning, they were fantastic at customer service, helping me move furniture until I got the runs back down in the right place. I am so very pleased!

Tony from Duraclean came to the house and cleaned our carpet, it was night and day after the cleaning. The carpet looked fantastic. We had several stains that were as good as new after the cleaning. Tony was friendly and professional. He answered our questions regarding the cleaning solution and equipment. He was in an out in no time. We did have an ink stain from where our dog decided to chew a ball point pen and knew that the stain would not come out. Tony worked the stain and even though we were well aware that it would not come out, It looked much better than we expected. I highly recommend Duraclean Master Cleaners and if you can get Tony, you'll be better for it. It was inexpensive and the quality was excellent.

Excellent Service, Friendly Staff and Great and Competitive Prices!!! We have several large and expensive Persian & Oriental rugs in our home. We also, unfortunately, have a cat who is getting very old and has forgotten to use the litter box and instead has decided to go on the rugs. “Duraclean” had taken these rugs and REMOVED ALL STAINS & ODORS. They actually look better than they have in a long time. If you decide to use this company, you will not be let down.

I’ve had Duraclean come and take care of my rugs 6 times now over the past year and a half. With a small child and a puppy the rugs get pretty beat up. I highly recommend Duraclean. Each technician we’ve had has done an incredible job. They’ve been able to work around our schedules, shown up on time, they work efficiently, and our carpets look new again after their visit. We just had our carpets cleaned yesterday and the technician put down a bioenzyme on the areas where our puppy had accidents to neutralize any odor and discourage repeat accidents on the rug. We’re very grateful to have found Duraclean.

I used Fred Higgins of Duraclean last year for carpet cleaning of my 2 1/2 level unit. Chea came on time and did a fantastic job! Therefore, I am using them again this year after the tenants move out. Due to some renovation issues, I have to re-schedule my next cleaning with Duraclean. Selena, the office manager went beyond the call of duty to help me by calling customer to swap my appointment. I was able to get the appointment I need. Selena was so nice. Service was excellent! Contacted Duraclean to clean a 8x10 area rug that was over due for a thorough cleaning. Pick up and delivery of the rug was prompt and on time. The rug looked great after cleaning at their plant. Heavy traffic areas I did not expect to come clean were spotless. Exceeded my expectations for results! Very satisfied with Duraclean!

I've hired Duraclean twice a year (Fall and Spring) for the last few years and am always satisfied. Fred has a fantastic team from the women in the office to the techs that come out to do the job. The quality of the work is superior. The prices are very reasonable. My home looks as though it was given an interior "face lift" when they're done. I like the carpet in my home and Duraclean helps to keep it looking beautiful all year. Thank you!!

Great experience, great customer service, great value. Frank in the office took care of my questions and set up the appointment, Keith came out and did a fantastic job on my carpets. Explained everything he was going to do, did an exceptional job (could tell the areas my cat frequented and hit them hard) and was very pleasant. Couldn't have asked for better.

I was very impressed by not only the service, also by the everyone involved. Alexis was wonderful setting it up for me, giving me very detail information. Extremely friendly. Another gentleman answering my call was great as well.Chia, did a fantastic job, very thorough. I was about to rip the carpet off and replace it on my staircase. Now it looks brand new.The carpet had a very mild clean scent. Nothing too strong. Thank you, Duraclean.

Broken molding on baseboard after hallway shampoo, stains that were not there prior suddenly appeared after and dirt I got up from Berber carpet post Duraclean coming out! Will not use this company again....
