From the lovely people who answer the phone, to the folks who come to look at what needs to be done, to the guys who bring back the rugs (in my case 3 pastel oriental rugs). Michael Jatoft with Dry Concepts is a true professional. I am an Insurance Agent and refer my clients to his company when they have a need for water restoration. He goes out to the home and will be very honest with the client as to whether they need services or not. Great company!

The gentleman who cleaned our carpet did a great job. It came out better than even he predicted. He was appropriate, respectful, knowledgeable and even kind of fun. We will use y'all again because we are carpet people, vs tile.

Call and get a quote to clean my sofa , gave them measurements. Was told 129. Guy shows up wants. 139. Doesn’t make one effort to call the office to inquire about my quote. I asked him to leave. No playing the south Florida game. Good luck screwing someone elseAFTER Owner review... OF COURSE you have no record... cause I sent you packing... Listen the sofa is like new....as I told person on the phone... this was just simple simple clean... But let's focus on your tech that DID NOT bother to call the office to confirm the quote, and was a smart a Your tech had the chance to gather more information...so NO I will not be calling you back

The service that we received from Dry Concepts was extraordinary. I didn’t think my floors needed to be cleaned but when they were done it was shocking. Our floors looked like when they were first put in. I hightly recommend their services. Thank you for GREAT SERVICE!

Amazing & timely service at an incredibly reasonable price. A little background: I have two Golden Retriever puppies who are now 6 months old. They found a spot on the carpet that they "claimed" for their bathroom. It got so bad over the past two months that I didn't think the carpet could be saved, especially considering the smell. However, after the cleaning, my carpet looks BRAND NEW and smells BRAND NEW! I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you again Dry Concepts!

They came and cleaned out carpets today and they look AMAZING!!! The carpets are in our rental and they were not in the best shape spot-wise but they made them look brand new! I highly suggest them to anyone looking for a quick, friendly, and excellent carpet cleaning company!!

I have Dry Concepts clean my carpeting every two years. Recently I had all new windows installed, which was a major mess, and it really took a toll on my carpet. Our technician is Jeff, and he did a fantastic job. He took his time and didn't make us feel rushed, as he meticulously vacuumed and then cleaned all areas, giving special attention to some difficult spots. Our carpets look wonderful and we really want to thank Jeff for a job really well done. Highly recommended!!

Had another company do my carpets, called Dry Concepts to re-do, it wasn't the other company's fault, and Dry Concept tech Robby told me that it was my carpet in that area, but it looks great now, Robby didn't bad mouth the other company, that shows class. Robby was highly professional and honest. Scheduling girl was so polite and got me the time I needed. I will be using Dry Concepts again for the tile. In this day and age, it's nice to work with good people..

I have used the company in the past and they once again exceeded expectations! They were very professional and courteous when I called to get information and to set an appointment to have someone come to the house to provide an estimate. The Service Person (Robbie) showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and performed the job very well. If you are looking for a reputable company that does excellent work at a reasonable price, call Dry Concepts!

I have entrusted my area rugs for cleaning by Dry Concepts for many years and always find the staff to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The pick-ups and deliveries are always on time and the quality of the work is extraordinary. I strongly recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

Never used them I called to get a Quote and unlike all others Called 4 other Chem Dry's and Stanly Steamer all of them were $130 Dry Concepts Quoted me based on sq foot and they said $300 LOL over twice the price than what I have been quoted and have paid in the past. Would nit call them I ended up using a competitor with a sealer it was $ 145 all in....After an Hour the Owner called me and explained the difference in there product and apologized for the inaccuracy by her receptionist. I felt a whole lot better about them after she ( the owner) took the time to reach out to me. I now understand more about both the way they dry clean the carpet in a way and can now understand why they have been in business for 40 years. Still a little more than I can spend but a very good thumbs up on professionalism.

The best place for carpet cleaning. It cost bit more but it's worth it. They dont pump water from a truck but use their own special cleaner with a quiet machine to remove stains and dirt. I'm a repeat customer as well.

After being referred to Dry-Concepts by my public adjuster for a water damage claim, I was a little apprehensive as I have not had to deal with this type of repair to my home before. I met with Mike Jatoft and he throughout explained the process, timing and what to expect. Once we signed the contract, it was exactly what we discussed and Mike was there for all my questions and concerns along the way. This was excellent service and workmanship from beginning to end.
